----1).The electrodes are aging,you need to change new ones.

----2).The electrodes are not installed very well,you need to re-install and fix the electrodes well.

----3).Discharging current is not good,you need to do discharging experiment to make the current get the right point.

7.Splicing machine shows loss is not large,but it's larger when testing use a OTDR,what causes?How solve?
----1).The electrodes are aging,you need to change new ones.

----3).Optical fiber end face is bad,there is something wrong with the cutting blades.You need to adjust the fiber cleaver & cutting blades to make sure end face is better.
