Product Deatils:
The WF-160A fiber alignment device is mainly used for the coupling of fiber and fiber in fiber testing, experiment and construction. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, reliability and convenient operation. Performance indicators have reached the level of similar foreign products.
The alignment device uses V-groove positioning technology to make the two fibers collimate and the loss is less than 0.5dB (same-mode single-mode fiber). Two adjustable positioning seats accommodate a wide range of coated fibers.

Package includes:
v-goove alignment device, fiber clamp and matching oil
1.Connect the connector to the unit on the instrument to be tested under light source.
2.Rotate the knob to adjust the aligner's active end to the farthest position.
3.Connect the end of the tested pigtail FC to the tester.
4.Prepare the fiber end face:
First use the fiber stripper to strip the coating layer of the fiber to be connected by about 40mm,Wipe the dirt of the bare fiber with a cotton ball dipped in absolute alcohol.Put it into the clamp.Cut the fiber with a fiber cutter, and the bare fiber length is 5 mm.
5.Place the fiber:
Place the prepared bare fiber into the left half V-groove to fix the clamp at the specified position, and then make another bare fiber according to step 4,into the left half V-groove.Then drop a little matching oil into the V-goove,then put down the intermediate platen.
6.Testing:
Rotate the knob counterclockwise to allow the movable end to move freely to make the fiber in the V-groove automatically dock, and then observe the test instrument to test the indicators of the device under test.
Attention:
1.Do not use hard objects to collide and scrape the precision V-groove to avoid damage to the tank. The V-groove and indenter must be cleaned with absolute alcohol for each use.After use,wipe the matching solution on the V-groove and the indenter with alcohol, then clean the broken fiber and debris on the machine and store it in a dust-free state.
2.Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble this product. If there is any malfunction, please contact our after-sales personnel in time.
3.This equipment can only be cleaned and maintained with cotton balls and alcohol, so do not use air guns to clean!
