Large Diameter Fiber Cleaver LDC-600
The new large diameter cleaver provides both flat and angled cleaves using an automatic clamping system with programmable force. The color LCD shows cleaving progress and recommended insert size depending on fiber coating and cladding diameter. Saving and storing cleaving programs to a PC or tablet is accomplished using a USB port. The LDF cleaver's extensive programming features allow for optimal results.

2. This equipment adopts diamond blades, which
are sharp and durable. The blades are easy to replace and debug. Under normal use of the cutting blades, the number of
single-point cuts can reach more than 3000 times (depending on the nature of the cladding of the fiber being cut). Theoretically, the head can be adjusted to use 10 points;
3. This equipment adopts the principle of stretching + engraving cutting to realize the cutting effect of low-angle and flat fiber cutting end face. The average cutting angle is less than 0.5°. The fiber stretching adopts foreign imported motors and
high-precision guide rails, and the pulling force precision can be controlled in 0.01kgf, to ensure repeatable cutting and
continuous consistency;
4. The detachable fiber clamping module is used for accurate fiber positioning and clamping, and the fiber with different core diameters adopts the corresponding fiber clamping module, which is simple and convenient to replace and adjust;
5. This machine adopts a handheld 3.5-inch high-definition human-computer interactive touch editor, which has a clear display and the operation interface conforms to the operator's usage habits. It can make it very convenient for the operator to edit and archive the parameters of the fiber cutting machine. The personnel can also directly select and call the cutting programs of different optical fibers in the equipment.
